Derric Crothers graduated with a degree in Graphic Design but found his true calling as a fitness professional. He’s a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach and has trained at multiple fitness studios in the Boston area, including his own strength & conditioning gym in Milton. He competes in 5k and obstacle course races across New England.
Derric’s certifications include CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Kettlebell, CrossFit Mobility Trainer, TRX and various NASM specialties. He has fitness experience in high intensity interval training, group fitness, weightlifting, boxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
